The EchoVision, LLC leadership team
has more than 50 years of briefing
and event experience.
We are meeting and event professionals who have a passion for streamlining and automating
the mundane, allowing our customers to focus on enhancing their customer’s experience.
With over 50 years of combined experience managing briefing programs, events,
tradeshows, meetings, and demos, we understand your business and pain points
and continually strive to find the best solutions to address
the ever-changing life cycle of the event management process.
During our years managing briefing and event programs, we searched
for a tool that addressed the evolving needs of our programs and the industry.
Not finding the right solution, we decided to partner with other world-class briefing programs
to design a platform that addressed our needs -- and we have been in business ever since.
Briefing Programs and Events are as unique as our clients and building a platform
that can be configured to address each client’s workflow and process was
our primary objective when building BriefingSource.
So, whether you have a new program or mature program,
we can help find the right solution for you.
Whether you’re a Briefing Center, an Experience Center,
or an Engagement Center, we adapt to your branding and process.
Whether you manage briefings disguised as ‘room only’
requests, we got your back.

Julia Yamamoto
Julia Yamamoto is a Senior Member and VP of Customer Experience for EchoVision LLC. Julia began her career in the Silicon Graphics Executive Briefing Center. During her time at SGI, Julia was able to learn all aspects of managing a successful briefing program as she transitioned from Briefing Manager to Manager of EBC Operations to Sr. Manager of the SGI Executive Briefing Program and finally Sr. Manager of the EBC and Tradeshows and Events for SGI. While at SGI, Julia served on the Board of the Association of Briefing Program Managers (ABPM), an association comprised of Fortune 500 Member Companies from around the globe that champions and provides resources for the development of briefing programs and professionals. After leaving SGI, Julia went on to manage the Briefing Program Managers at Symantec. It was at Symantec, while evaluating the briefing tools available for briefing programs, that Julia realized something better was needed to manage the end-to-end briefing process for these Fortune 500 programs. She contacted her old colleague from SGI, David Walford, and BriefingSource was the result of this collaboration. Julia has been writing the requirements for the BriefingSource SaaS platform and overseeing the customer experience for BriefingSource's 60+ clients ever since. When she's not working, Julia enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her husband Eric, and daughter Malia at their home in Los Gatos, CA.
